Apr. 1939 Former president Raisuke Iijima founds the company for manufacturing aircraft parts as a private business.
Aug. 1943 Reorganized as a joint-stock corporation capitalized at \2,000,000. Starts assembling special tanks.(Employees number something over 2,500).
Oct. 1945 After the Second World War, starts restoration of business by repairing the burnt-out machines. Successively develops a high-speed paper cutter, folding machine, knife grinder and other new products, and commences manufacturing and sales.
Oct. 1948 Toshi Iijima is appointed as president. Capital is raised to \5,000,000. Starts manufacturing as a new product the range of die cutters and creasers which now cmprise the main area of specialization.
Apr. 1961 Commences marketing the automatic die-cutter and creaser
July 1962 Commences trading business and expands overseas market.
Develops the BF-1270 automatic die-cutter and creaser.
Dec. 1981 Develops the JF-1270 automatic die-cutter and creaser.
Mar. 1980 Capital is raised to \27,000,000.
Dec. 1981 Develops the JF-1270 automatic die-cutter and creaser.
May. 1983 Toshi Iijima is appointed as chairman and Hajime Iijima as President.
Aug. 1983 Develops the JF-1030 automatic die-cutter and creaser.
Feb. 1986 Develops the JF-1270 automatic die-cutter and creaser.
Sep. 1987 Develops the JFB-1030 automatic die-cutter and creaser.
Sep. 1988 Develops the JFB-1300 automatic die-cutter and creaser.
Nov. 1997 Head office and factory are moved to the present location.
Mar. 1998 Osaka sales office is established.
Sep. 1999 Develops the MJ-1030E automatic die-cutter and creaser.
May. 2004 Develops the MJ-1040ES automatic hot foil stamper and die-cutterr.
